Iced Matcha with Chocolate pistachio cold foam Recipe

Iced Matcha & Chocolate Pistachio Cold Foam for grown ups

Serves: 2 

Ingredients: 


For the matcha 

  • 2 tsp Matcha
  • 6 tbsp boiling water, cooled slightly
  • 300ml semi-skimmed milk
  • handful of ice 

For the cold foam:

  • 3 tbsp whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 tsp Nesquik Chocolate Milkshake Powder
  • 1 tbsp Pistachio syrup 
     

Method: 

  1. Prepare the matcha by adding the powder to a small bowl and then adding the cooled water. Use an electric milk frother or bamboo hand whisk to combine until there are no lumps and the mix is smooth and frothy.
  2. Prepare the cold foam by adding all the ingredients to a small bowl or a jar with a lid. You can either use an electric milk frother to combine all the ingredients together until they have thickened or shake in the jar (carefully!) until thickened.
  3. Divide the ice between the glasses and pour in 150ml of milk into each glass. Pour over the matcha and top with the cold foam. Enjoy!
