Banana float
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
For the ‘ice cream’
- 1 large banana, peeled & frozen
- 4 tsp Nesquik Banana Milkshake Powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 50 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 400ml diet Cream Soda
Method:
- Add the frozen bananas, Nesquik and peanut butter into a blender and pulse for about 30 seconds until everything starts to break down.
- Add in the milk and continue to pulse until you have a smooth consistency. Decant into a container and pop in the freezer to firm up.
- When ready to serve, pour 200ml of the Cream soda into each glass and top with a scoop of the banana ‘ice cream’. Enjoy!
