Serves: 14
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

For the donuts:

  • 200g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
  • 175g self-raising flour
  • oil spray

For the topping:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp Nesquik Chocolate Milkshake Powder

Method:

  1. Preheat the air-fryer to 180°C.
  2. Add the flour and yoghurt to a large mixing bowl and mix together until you have formed a stiff dough. Coat your hands with a little oil then roll the dough into 14 chesnut sized balls.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with a little oil and carefully place the dough balls into the basket. Cook for 12-14 minutes, giving the basket a shake every 4-5 minutes to help the donuts keep their shape. They should be golden brown once cooked.
  4. Remove from the airfryer and brush with the melted butter whilst still warm. Mix together the caster sugar and the Nesquik and sprinkle over the top.
  5. Enjoy!
