Whether you’re new to the air fryer or looking for easy recipes, these mini donuts are sure to be a hit. Fun to make, even better to eat as a treat for the whole family!
Ingredients:
For the donuts:
- 200g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
- 175g self-raising flour
- oil spray
For the topping:
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tbsp Nesquik Chocolate Milkshake Powder
Method:
- Preheat the air-fryer to 180°C.
- Add the flour and yoghurt to a large mixing bowl and mix together until you have formed a stiff dough. Coat your hands with a little oil then roll the dough into 14 chesnut sized balls.
- Spray the air fryer basket with a little oil and carefully place the dough balls into the basket. Cook for 12-14 minutes, giving the basket a shake every 4-5 minutes to help the donuts keep their shape. They should be golden brown once cooked.
- Remove from the airfryer and brush with the melted butter whilst still warm. Mix together the caster sugar and the Nesquik and sprinkle over the top.
- Enjoy!
