Ingredients:
- 225g plain flour
- 150g buttery baking spread
- 55g caster sugar
- 20g Nesquik Banana Milkshake Powder
You will also need:
- a baking tray lined with parchment
- tube of black icing
Method:
- Add the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and using your fingers, rub the butter into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into walnut sized balls and then each ball into a sausage shape. Roll each sausage into a spiral shape, leaving a little dough sticking out at the end to create the head.
- Make a small cut to split the head into two then place onto the baking sheet. Repeat with all the remaining balls of dough then pop into the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Whilst the dough is chilling, pre heat the oven to 190°C (170°C for fan ovens). Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes before leaving to cool completely on the tray.
- Carefully pipe on the eyes and mouth
