Banana Muffins

Serves: 8 


Ingredients: 

  • 120g wholemeal flour 
  • 20g Nesquik Banana Milkshake Powder  
  • ½ tsp baking poder 
  • 2 medium ripe bananas 
  • 60g honey 
  • 1 medium egg
  • 60ml semi skimmed milk 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract  

You will also need: 

  • A cupcake tin lined with 8 cupcake cases 

Method: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, (160°C for fan ovens) Gas Mark 4. 
  2. Add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and whisk until combined.  
  3. Add the bananas to another large mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and whisk until combined. Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix until fully combined.  
  4. Pour the mix evenly between the cases and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.  
  5. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
