Banana Muffins
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
- 120g wholemeal flour
- 20g Nesquik Banana Milkshake Powder
- ½ tsp baking poder
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 60g honey
- 1 medium egg
- 60ml semi skimmed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
You will also need:
- A cupcake tin lined with 8 cupcake cases
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C, (160°C for fan ovens) Gas Mark 4.
- Add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
- Add the bananas to another large mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and whisk until combined. Add the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Pour the mix evenly between the cases and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
