Iced White Mocha with Chocolate Cold Foam - For Grown Ups

This Iced White Mocha blends bold coffee with smooth milk and a swirl of sweetened condensed milk for that luxe, café-style feel — but made at home. Topped with a fluffy Nesquik chocolate cold foam, it’s the kind of drink that tastes like a treat but takes just minutes to make. Perfect for sharing,it’s cool, chocolatey, and easy to fall in love with.
Please note: This recipe contains coffee and is intended for adult consumption only. While Nesquik is often a childhood favourite, this indulgent iced mocha shows it’s just as delicious in grown-up creations.
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tsp NESCAFÉ® Azera Americano Instant Coffee
- 120ml hot water (approx. 80ºC)
- 300ml semi skimmed milk
- ice
For the cold foam:
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
- 2 tbsp semi skimmed milk
- 2 tsp Nesquik Chocolate Milkshake Powder
Method:
- Add the NESCAFÉ® Azera and 120 ml hot water into a heat proof jug and stir.
- For the cold foam, place the whipping cream, milk and Nesquik into a jar, secure the lid, and shake until thickened. Alternatively, use a handheld milk frother to mix until thickened.
- Decorate the inside of your glasses with the condensed milk and then fill with ice.
- Pour in the milk, followed by the coffee and top with the cold foam.
