Banana Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients  

  • 1 small ripe banana, peeled, sliced and frozen 
  • 120ml semi skimmed milk
  • 9g Nesquik Banana Milkshake Powder
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp ground almonds 

Method: 

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.  
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
